I’m Jon Hale, a longtime Disneyland Resort guest known for my deep love of Radiator Springs Racers in Disney California Adventure Park. What started as a simple appreciation for the attraction has grown into a record-setting journey that has become a meaningful part of my life.

As of December 3, 2025, I have completed 14,999 rides on Radiator Springs Racers. My Disney ride totals also include 862 rides on Guardians of the Galaxy Mission BREAKOUT!, 555 rides on Test Track, 118 rides on Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run, and 73 rides on Slinky Dog Dash. On December 8, 2025, at 11:40 AM, I officially reached my 15,000th ride on Radiator Springs Racers.

My story is rooted in a major personal transformation. In 2010, I weighed 405 pounds and struggled to stand for more than an hour. After undergoing Gastric Bypass surgery followed by Double Knee replacement surgery in 2011, my life changed dramatically. Just nine months later, in June 2012, Radiator Springs Racers opened, and I instantly connected with the attraction.

My milestones soon became part of the Cars Land community. In 2013, when I reached 300 rides, I held up a simple “300” sign as a fun celebration. A Manager noticed, the Pit Crew (Cast Members) cheered, and that spontaneous moment sparked a tradition. From then on, the Cast Members helped celebrate each milestone. When I hit ride 999 in 2014, they even joined me in the car for my 10,000th lap. I reached 5000 rides on November 2, 2015, and celebrated my 10,000th ride on November 13, 2017.

Crossing the 15,000 ride milestone on December 8, 2025, at 11:40 AM represents more than just a number. It reflects years of joy, friendships, perseverance, and the incredible community that has supported me throughout this unforgettable journey.
