D23 Expo 2019 Day 1

Friday, August 23rd.

I got to the Anaheim Convention Center at 4 am. After I got through security check and picked up my land yard, I lined up downstairs for Hall B Show floor. It was already packed with people. Waited in line for about 5 hours.

They let us on the show floor right at 9 am. It was a rush to get to the lines for stores. I got in line at the Disney Store. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get into the store.

I visited the Disney Parks and Avengers displays. Then I got in line for the Disney Dream Store. It took 40 minutes to get into the store.

Got a grilled cheese with bacon for lunch. Also wanted to sit down. Been standing since I arrived this morning.

I went to wait in the line for the D23 Gold Members Lounge. I won a Galaxy’s Edge Coke Orb.

I walked around the Heroes and Villains Costume display. Then got back in the Dream Store Queue. Hoping for a special item to come out. It was postponed until tomorrow.

I picked up my D23 Gold Member poster on the 2nd floor. Then headed to the stage pass Queue for the Marvel Animation panel. A great way to end day one.
